Carvedilol immediate-release tablets should be stored below 30°C (86°F) in a dry environment, in a tight, light-resistant container.1 It is best to store carvedilol extended-release capsules at 25°C (77°F) and should be kept in between 15° and 30°C (59° and 86°F) at all times.2
According to the National Council on Patient Information and Education, heat and moisture from the shower, sink, and bath can decrease potency and cause premature expiration.3 Store carvedilol in a tight, light-resistant container.2 Always keep carvedilol pills away from children’s reach.
